To enable 911 Tech Repair Company to provide the highest quality of service, the following terms and conditions shall apply. "911 Tech Repair Company" or "we" refers to the service provider. "Customer" or "you" refers to the individual receiving said services.
Warranties
Unless otherwise noted at the time of service, all work performed by our company carries a 90-day warranty on parts and a 90-day warranty on labor except for liquid damage repairs. Due to the nature of liquid damage repair, there is no warranty for liquid damage repairs. Any variations from these standard warranty terms will be listed on the estimate or invoice provided to the customer. You are required to notify us without delay of any warranty claim upon discovering a defect and must deliver the equipment to us for warranty service at your cost. Our responsibility under any warranty claim is restricted to repairing or replacing the faulty equipment. We may determine, at our sole discretion, that repair or replacement is not feasible, in which case we may refund the purchase price. Refunds will not be issued without review under any circumstances. This warranty does not cover loss or harm brought on by environmental or human elements. This incorporates harm from water, electrical spikes, effect, inappropriate use, or casual handling of the gear.
Should you elect not to proceed with repairs, the only applicable charge will be the $69 nonrefundable "Diagnostic & Return Shipping Fee".
Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon completion of service. Equipment will not be released until payment is received in full. Orders placed remotely or electronically will not be shipped until payment is received.
Abandoned Items Policy
Any items left abandoned after 60 days from repair evaluation will be recycled if payment is not received. This standard abandoned property policy is common in the repair service industry. We will make efforts to contact the owner to arrange return of the unit. If return shipping was prepaid, the unit will be shipped back. If payment is not made, the unit will be recycled and unavailable for return shipment.
Late Fees and Refusal of Service
Accounts unpaid within the terms specified above will be assessed a monthly interest charge of 1.5% of the outstanding balance. Accounts overdue by more than 60 days may result in refusal of future service and repossession of any unpaid equipment.
Data Loss
The repair and/or installation services requested have the potential to result in partial or complete data loss from the equipment. The customer acknowledges that 911 Tech Repair Company has advised them to make complete backups of any software or data prior to commencement of work. 911 Tech Repair Company shall not be held responsible for the loss of any software, programs, or data, nor shall it be responsible for any costs associated with the restoration or recovery of lost or damaged software, programs, or data.
Repair Time
The majority of standard orders can typically be fully processed within a time frame of 3 to 5 business days. Please note that while we strive to meet turnaround times, we are unable to guarantee processing periods for all situations due to various factors that may affect completion dates.
Shipping Information
Our company cannot be held liable for any loss of or damage to customer equipment during shipping, which includes both incoming and outgoing shipments. While we take great care in safely packing and checking all shipments before handing off to our trusted carriers, customers are advised to ensure their equipment is fully insured for any damage that may occur in transit. The onus is on the customer to file any claims related to such transit damages.
Waiver Of Liability
You hereby grant permission for our company to perform any repairs or tests deemed necessary in our professional capacity. You agree to release and hold our company harmless from any liability for any data loss, component failures, or other damages occurring during attempted repairs or testing, or at any other time. Our company is not responsible for loss of profit, business opportunities, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from our provision of goods and/or services. ALL CLAIMS FOR LIABILITY AND/OR LOSS INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY CLAIMS FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVED.
