Second time I've taken my laptop in, first was for keyboard issues and that repair went fine. This time it was overheating, and a stuck mouse bar button and Frank was able to repair it within a day. He told me it might be a few days depending on parts, so I was happily surprised, that it was basically a same day repair afterall. Always kind, patient service.

I am very thankful to Frank at 911 Tech for his knowledge, service, and superior professionalism with fixing our cell phones and most recently a MacBook Pro laptop. With his assistance, I am able to use my laptop again, hopefully for many more years. He charged a fair, affordable price and saved us $2000+ because we did not need to buy another laptop. We happily recommend Frank to you for all you cell phone and computer repair needs.

I brought my computer in after it was compromised by a phishing attack. He was able to very quickly restore my device from a known good backup. I brought it in shortly before closing and had it back before 1pm the following day. He advised me sticking with an older operating system is not the best idea, but he assisted me in keeping that OS when I insisted.

Great service! My mom went here to get her computer fixed and she highly recommended 911 tech. My ps5 hdmi port was broken when I brought it in. Drop off was quick and was ready the next day! It was fixed and cleaned out! Had photos to show me why I had some other problems with it and explained how to avoid getting theses problem again. Definitely an amazing experience and good pricing for the services I had ^_^ Highly suggest coming here for your tech needs

Awesome! I took my laptop in on a Monday morning and in the afternoon he called and explained the problems and what he did to fix them. One problem was not fixable without buying a used motherboard for a replacement part but there was a work-around: use the mouse. On Tuesday he called and said the laptop was ready. He answered all my questions and his price was reasonable. I'm sure I'll be back for more help in the future.

Was recommended to come here after being told I’d have to wait weeks at Best Buy for water damage to my laptop, went here and got my laptop back in under 24 hours!!!! Very pleased and will definitely come back if I need any future repairs.

I brought my mother's old tower computer to 911 Tech Repair when it was dead as a door nail. She is 88 years old and has vision issues. I asked Frank if he could bring it back to life for her and he gave me a dire assessment of its health after he took a look at it. I thought it was a goner, but he told me that it could be repaired. In the end, he replaced the mother board, CPU, and power supply and was able to get it back in her apartment and working perfectly once again. The topper is that the price was so reasonable too! Thank you 991 Tech Repair and Frank, my mother was overjoyed to have her computer back up and running!

911 Tech is my "go to" for computer and phone related issues. I have nothing but good things to say about 911 Tech. I have had a new hard drive installed and recently had work done to reinstall iTunes on my computer. This was essential as a music professional. They are efficient, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend 911 Tech.

Edit 8/17/25: 911 Tech Repair continues to offer great service! My laptop needed another hardware repair recently (totally user error on my end- I left it in the car during a heat wave and the bezel completely detached from my screen). Once again, Frank gave me a really understandable explanation of what would be required to fix it with a prompt estimate of parts + labor cost. He also continued to provide timely updates throughout the process, and offered accommodating options for pickup that fit even with my chaotic work schedule. My laptop was ready before my next semester starts and literally looks brand new. Would 100% recommend!

[OG Review]: Frank is a lifesaver! Both of the hinges on my laptop popped off, and I was worried that it couldn’t be fixed before finals. Not only did Frank talk me through multiple repair options (and price points)- he also finished fixing it a few days earlier than expected, and gave me advice on how to avoid similar problems in the future. My PS5 for the better part of 6 months had been consistently overheating and I tried everything to fix it. Got it a new stand, an extra fan, cleaned all the dust, I even brought it to a different repair store to get it fixed but they weren’t able to identify the problem. Fast forward to now I brought it in told them what was wrong and they were able to fix the overheating issue in a day. Would recommend to get your console or laptop fixed.

I went to this guy. He asked me if I can leave my computer with him so you can take the price. Let me know about the price and then he fixed it when I accepted the price he did it so I’m happy
