I am in absolute awe of Frank and the affordable work he performs at 911 Tech Repair in Crystal Lake. I brought in a used laptop, which was completely unusable. Frank fixed everything, and I got it back in just a couple of hours on the same day! Forget going to the big names and spending more than you paid for a new laptop to get diagnostics and repair work done. Great service! My mom went here to get her computer fixed and she highly recommended 911 tech. My ps5 hdmi port was broken when I brought it in. Drop off was quick and was ready the next day! It was fixed and cleaned out! Had photos to show me why I had some other problems with it and explained how to avoid getting theses problem again.
