Edit 8/17/25: 911 Tech Repair continues to offer great service! My laptop needed another hardware repair recently (totally user error on my end- I left it in the car during a heat wave and the bezel completely detached from my screen). Once again, Frank gave me a really understandable explanation of what would be required to fix it with a prompt estimate of parts + labor cost. He also continued to provide timely updates throughout the process, and offered accommodating options for pickup that fit even with my chaotic work schedule. My laptop was ready before my next semester starts and literally looks brand new. Would 100% recommend!

Recommend Frank over any big box place for trusted repair at a very fair price. He put on a new screen for a Dell laptop. Only a few days to get the part and installed.
