Edit 8/17/25: 911 Tech Repair continues to offer great service! My laptop needed another hardware repair recently (totally user error on my end- I left it in the car during a heat wave and the bezel completely detached from my screen). Once again, Frank gave me a really understandable explanation of what would be required to fix it with a prompt estimate of parts + labor cost. He also continued to provide timely updates throughout the process, and offered accommodating options for pickup that fit even with my chaotic work schedule. My laptop was ready before my next semester starts and literally looks brand new. Would 100% recommend!

Awesome! I took my laptop in on a Monday morning and in the afternoon he called and explained the problems and what he did to fix them. One problem was not fixable without buying a used motherboard for a replacement part but there was a work-around: use the mouse. On Tuesday he called and said the laptop was ready. He answered all my questions and his price was reasonable. I'm sure I'll be back for more help in the future.
