Awesome! I took my laptop in on a Monday morning and in the afternoon he called and explained the problems and what he did to fix them. One problem was not fixable without buying a used motherboard for a replacement part but there was a work-around: use the mouse. On Tuesday he called and said the laptop was ready. He answered all my questions and his price was reasonable. I'm sure I'll be back for more help in the future.

I brought my mother's old tower computer to 911 Tech Repair when it was dead as a door nail. She is 88 years old and has vision issues. I asked Frank if he could bring it back to life for her and he gave me a dire assessment of its health after he took a look at it. I thought it was a goner, but he told me that it could be repaired. In the end, he replaced the mother board, CPU, and power supply and was able to get it back in her apartment and working perfectly once again. The topper is that the price was so reasonable too! Great service! My mom went here to get her computer fixed and she highly recommended 911 tech. My ps5 hdmi port was broken when I brought it in. Drop off was quick and was ready the next day!
